High product quality is the base from which we strive for continued improvements: we are the first European diagnostics company to be awarded CE certification for most of our products. We want to stimulate the market with innovative solutions and thereby become the market leader.

We offer an extensice service to our customers. Part of this service is the duty to do our very best to fulfill your requirements.

The receipt of success of 'take CARE' in the service of human healthcare is based on research, controlled production processes, world class quality management, as well as constant communication internally and with our customers.

As an export-orientated company we devise tailored sales strategies with our customers, based on the local requirements of each country and on the customer's resources in any given field.

We strive to build and extend close relationships with our customers through the constant exchange of information and study data.

A key component of our customer support programme is individual product training, visits to the customer's office, joint participation at exhibitions, company visits and marketing support: we like to be creative with our customers and we are happy to play an active advisory role in project implementation.

Urgent customer queries should be answered within one working day, regular inquiries in two or three days. Our ordering process ans contracts are clearly laid out in the Qualitiy Managment handbook, compiled to create a clear and efficient structure. We expect our customers to use our products in the spirit of our corporate philosophy, take CARE - prevention is important.

We are always ready to help each other. We are a team with clearly defined areas of responsability and a common goal. A positive atmosphere provides the basis for our open-door culture and promotes synergy effects through reciprocal support.

The main criteria for rating our suppliers can be found in the ISO handbook. Our inquiries must be answered within one working day for urgent calls, and two or three days for regular queries. Offers should include all possible and relevant options and rights, set our comprehensively and transparently as possible. We expect our suppliers to respect confidential information and to ensure that it is not passed to third parties. Confidential information should only be used on joint projects.
